Bruce Cryer has become a respected friend and true inspiration to me, because he truly lives his life with a loving and compassionate heart. He is the current President and CEO of HeartMath as well as a former New York stage performer and has spent the last thirty years leading and teaching others how to live a more joyful life.
In the late nineteen seventies, Bruce quit the lime light to pursue a more personal and spiritual path. He moved to California, began learning about mind/body medicine, were then led on a career path with a biotech company only later to leave that position in 1987 to help Doc Childre found and lead HeartMath an international company with a slogan that says, “A change of heart changes everything” and that takes heart in applying modern scientific methods to everything it does.
As a leader in HeartMath, Bruce is part of the training and development division as well as a Steering Committee member of the Global Coherence Initiative where he helps bring heart-felt messages around the world and into the global corporate arena to companies such as Motorola, Johnson & Johnson, the Mayo Clinic, and dozens of other health institutions. He not only help steach people how to put more heart into themselves but also how a change in emotion can possibly impact the entire world.
